This year, 18 awards were presented to support young talents and help them finance their training and artistic projects.
For nearly four decades, the Princess Grace Foundation USA (created by Prince Rainier in memory of his wife in 1982) has supported nearly 800 artists in the United States.
The evening, which was held at 583 Park - a chic ballroom in Manhattan - was also the occasion for Princess Charlene to wear for the first time the "La vie en rose" necklace by jewellery designer Lorenz Bäumer, adorned at its centre with the diamond named "Grace".
